We are an Invercargill based non-profit Foundation, distributing grants to the community of Invercargill from the proceeds of gaming machines operated in Invercargill Licensing Trust hotels and taverns situated within the city of Invercargill, New Zealand.

Funding Guidelines
The ILT Foundation is budgeting, over the twelve month period to 31 March 2016, to generate at least $4,100,000 in funds which will be available for distribution to its authorised purposes.
The ILT Foundation now has funds available for distribution to local not-for-profit organisations.
Authorised Purposes
Proceeds from gaming machines can only be used for what is termed "Authorised Purpose" as set down by the Department of Internal Affairs and the Gambling Act 2003.
Authorised Purpose may include charitable, philanthropic, amateur sporting, cultural activities or something that provides a benefit to a significant portion of the community in a non-commercial sense.
ILT Kidzone Festival
We are an Invercargill based Foundation distributing grants generated from 163 gaming machines operating within 10 Invercargill Licensing Trust hotels and taverns.
The ILT Foundation was set up by the Invercargill Licensing Trust in 2006 to own and operate gaming machines with its key purpose being to distribute grants generated from those gaming machines to benefit the community of Invercargill.
The ILT Foundation supports a broad cross section of non-profit community groups, charities, welfare agencies, educational organisations and amateur sports.
